Course Developer Virginia Jones (BFA) is a creative thinker, artist, and designer with over 20 years apparel experience.  She has worked as a senior product developer and development manager for major corporations such as Oakley and Nike. She graduated from University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in apparel design, with a double minor in English and merchandising.

Course Instructor Cathy Chouinard has over 20 years of experience studying and teaching animal training, gardening, aromatherapy, organizing and herbal health. Before retirement, she ran several successful business centered around event planning and hosting, consulting, organizing, and home staging. She is passionate animal lover and dog trainer and volunteers much of her retirement in helping fund raise and train guide dogs.
